FastPath Learning, LLC is dedicated to providing students with vital reading comprehension and math skills has earned a place of leadership in the field of educational technology.
 
FastPath Learning, LLC is a government funded program which provides additional educational services to low income students who are below grade level in Reading and Math.  We are expanding our business into Louisiana to partner with schools and provide tutoring services during the school day through the Course Choice Program.
 
We are looking for an Area Manager who will build partnerships between FastPath Learning, LLC and the schools, provide the schools with a dynamic Course Choice Program experience, provide oversight and direction to all in-class and in-field FastPath Learning employees, and otherwise ensure that the school’s needs and budget are met while meeting organizational goals.  The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with schools while upholding full compliance of requirements set by the Louisiana Department of Education. 
 
Role and Responsibilities:
-Schedule meetings with school personnel to introduce and educate them on our program, and liaise with the schools regarding the in-class tutoring experience
-Motivate and train Educational Marketing Representatives
-Coordinate routes and schedules for Educational Marketing Representatives during the enrollment period
-Increase enrollment ratios to maximize market share and control program costs
-Plan, coordinate with and provide oversight to in-class FastPath Learning personnel regarding distribution and use of learning tools during the school year
-Document and track the distribution of learning tools
-Update daily reports
-Communicate with Regional Manager/Corporate to ensure that program is marketing properly and can meet the school’s needs
-Model appropriate behaviors and values, including adhering to our Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy
 
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
-Possess sensitivity to social, economic and cultural diversity
-Excellent customer service and presentation skills
-Excellent motivational and coaching ability
-Excellent problem solving abilities including but not limited to: (1) the ability to read complex policies and procedures, interpret implications and apply to specific situations, (2) detail-detail oriented, meticulous and thorough with well-developed critical evaluation skills
-Excellent communication skills including but not limited to: (1) the ability to listen to internal and external stakeholders, (2) understand the needs being expressed and respond appropriately, whether verbally or through written media
-The ability to multi-task and prioritize work, manage multiple competing requirements, and track and document task completion
-Strong computer skills including but not limited to: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail and Google Drive
-Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
-BA or BS Degree (Management, Computers, or Education preferred)
